Cleve Adams - President & Chief Executive Officer
Adams has more than 27 years of computer/software industry experience, including over a decade in the Internet software marketplace. His business insight and executive management style have produced an impressive history of growing and managing companies from startup to more than $1.3 billion in market value. Prior to joining High Tower, Adams was CEO at Puresight, where he successfully grew the company from a small organization in the security filtering space, into a technology leader in the mobile/wireless market. Previously, he served as Vice President of Sales and Marketing for Websense, the global leader of web filtering solutions, where he led the company’s transformation from a small security startup to a $750 million global corporation in the span of just four years. Adams brings to High Tower a wealth of additional startup and global enterprise technology experience, having held executive and management roles at organizations such as Novell, Texas Instruments, Sequel Technologies, Acusoft, and Icon International. He holds an MBA from Pepperdine University.

Gene Schultz, Ph.D., CISM, CISSP - Chief Technology Officer
Schultz is the author/ co-author of five books on information and network security and has written over 110 published papers. Editor-in-Chief of Computers and Security from 2002 - 2007, he is now on the editorial board, and serves as associate editor of Network Security. He is also a member of the editorial board for the SANS NewsBites, Prior to joining High Tower, Schultz was a Principal Engineer with Lawrence Berkeley National Laboratory and also taught computer science courses at the University of California at Berkeley. He has received the NASA Technical Excellence Award, the U.S. Department of Energy Technical Excellence Award, Information Systems Security Association (ISSA) Professional Achievement and Honor Roll Awards, and has been elected to the ISSA Hall of Fame. While at Lawrence Livermore National Laboratory, he was the founder and original project manager of the U.S. Department of Energy’s Computer Incident Advisory Capability (CIAC) and also a co-founder of FIRST, the Forum of Incident Response and Security Teams.

Greg Bolcer, Ph.D. - Vice President, Engineering
Bolcer is a noted technologist and entrepreneur with extensive experience in security, e-commerce and leading-edge software development. Before joining High Tower, he founded secure e-commerce technology developer Encryptanet, Inc. and served as Chief Technology Officer of Endeavors Technology, a developer of peer-to-peer mobile applications. Bolcer also led research projects for DARPA and the University of California, Irvine (UCI), and earned wide recognition for his achievements in computer science. He holds a Ph.D. in Information and Computer Science from UCI, and a Master’s in Computer Science from University of Southern California.
